During this time, we believe personal connections have never been more important. ELA is re-imagining and exploring options to create new virtual and remote events for OSU students, and welcomes your ideas and suggestions. ELA also encourages students to make use of the many tools available to create virtual hang out spaces and events.
Currently, all in-person events have been canceled until further notice. This includes cultural nights, Spring Family Weekend, Dam Jamboree and Dam Jam.
Clubs & Orgs will continue to support and advise student groups, focusing on how student groups can hold remote opportunities. SORCE will not be funding any large, in-person events this term with attendance of more than 25 people. Any events being planned must be in compliance with OSU’s COVID-19 response and the governor’s executive orders..

With the utmost consideration for everyone's health and well-being, we are canceling all Spring Family Weekend events associated with the OSU Program Council. This includes art fest, paint night, yoga, comedy show, musical performances, and food truck vendors.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of Dam Jam. As a special celebration for Beaver Nation, the decision was hard to make, but is being made with the safety and best interests of students, our community, and partners. We look forward to bringing back Dam Jam in 2021. While Dam Jam as we know it will not occur this year, we are exploring alternative programming for Spring Term and will update you as we have more information to provide. Stay safe and take care of each other.
